Chad Hillman is a seasoned construction executive with more than 26 years of multifamily experience spanning field operations, project leadership, preconstruction, construction, and post-construction management. As President of Blazer Building Southwest, Chad leads company operations, project management, financial oversight, and strategic relationships with owners, developers, lenders, bonding partners, and subcontractors.

Before stepping into his current role, Chad served as Vice President of Construction, General Superintendent, and Superintendent where he oversaw multiple multifamily projects, strengthened safety programs, built high-performing teams, and consistently delivered projects on time and on budget.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and maintains multiple contractor certifications and licenses across Texas. Known for his practical leadership style and deep industry knowledge, Chad brings a comprehensive, hands-on perspective to every phase of the construction process.
