Eric Udick has a decade of construction experience in agricultural, industrial, commercial, and multifamily residential.  He has worked on and completed numerous multifamily garden-style, wrap, and podium products in the Project Manager role.  Mr. Udick is well versed in design, development, cost controlling, value engineering, and effective management of projects from design through completion.  Mr. Udick works closely with Blazer Building’s long-standing subcontractors to collect current competitive pricing to provide the most up to date estimates and hard bids for our clients as well as the most value and timeliness during the construction phase.
